2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You also confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

3. Products and Pricing

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice
• Product images are for illustrative purposes — actual colours may vary slightly due to photography and display settings
• We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions; however, we do not warrant that descriptions are complete or error-free
• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price and will notify you promptly

4. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is accepted and a contract formed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of:

• Product unavailability or stock discrepancies
• Suspected fraudulent transactions
• Errors in product information or pricing
• Delivery not feasible to your location

If we cancel your order after payment, you will receive a full refund within 5–7 business days.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets. By making a payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.

In the event of a failed transaction where money is debited from your account but the order is not confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded by the payment gateway within 5–7 business days.

6. Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting us via WhatsApp or email
• Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — please initiate a return after delivery instead
• Custom or personalised orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun
• Cancelled orders are refunded in full within 5–7 business days to the original payment method

7. Returns and Refunds

Our returns policy is governed by our separate Returns & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. Key points:

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items
• Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (unless damaged or incorrect)
• Refunds are processed after quality inspection of the returned item

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product designs, and graphics — is the intellectual property of Suvorya and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suvorya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or logistics partner delays.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ernakulam, Kerala, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
